February might be the shortest month of the year, but we’re packing it with some of our most exciting tastings yet. We kick things off with a modern take on non-alcoholic drinking featuring elevated aperitifs and canned cocktails from Undone. These are layered, complex, and designed for people who want the ritual and flavor of a cocktail—without the booze.

Whiskey, Barrel Picks & Bourbon Classics

Whiskey fans will feel right at home this month. From our own Single Barrel Store Pick and Provisions whiskeys, to a month-end bourbon showcase featuring Bardstown Origin Series and Old Bardstown from Willett Distillery, February is full of rich oak, spice, and heritage-driven pours.

Wine That Overdelivers

We’re highlighting wines that punch well above their price point, including our $10 Wines of the Month from Crow Canyon—perfect everyday bottles that don’t taste “everyday.”

Mid-month, we turn our focus to Argentina with a tasting dedicated to Catena Zapata, showcasing why high-altitude vineyards produce wines with incredible balance, structure, and depth.
