Spirit Shop of Annapolis does not ship alcohol. Due to Maryland state law, we are unable to ship beer, wine, or spirits by mail or common carrier.

We do offer local delivery and in-store pickup where permitted by law.

• All deliveries and pickups require valid ID and age verification (21+)

Alcohol orders cannot be left unattended.

Spirit Shop of Annapolis accepts returns in accordance with Maryland alcohol laws and store policy.

Alcohol Returns

• Unopened and undamaged alcohol may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase
• Proof of purchase is required
• Opened alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged, including for taste preference
• All alcohol returns are subject to management discretion

Non-Alcohol Items

• Bar tools, glassware, mixers, and non-alcoholic products may be returned within 3 days of purchase only if damaged
• Proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Allocated or limited-release items
• Barrel picks
• Clearance items
• Special orders

Delivery Orders

Returns for local delivery orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
